TERMINAL BLOCK TECHNICAL DRAWING LIBRARY

Check the drawing before the board is approved.

Browse public one-page PDF references by terminal block family. Use the exact model drawing to check dimensions and PCB interface, then close every open value against the ordered configuration and sample.

40MODELS WITH PUBLIC DRAWINGS
42PDF DRAWING FILES

13REQUEST-ONLY MODELS

Drawing availability is verified separately from electrical-rating status.

USE THE EXACT MODEL REFERENCE

Forty models are open now; thirteen need a drawing request.

The library exposes every currently mapped PDF instead of implying that all 53 catalog models have the same documentation status. Two shared model references have separate 3.5 mm and 3.81 mm files, which is why 40 covered models produce 42 PDFs.

DRAWING REQUEST REQUIRED

13 models do not currently have a public PDF.

These are still valid catalog references. Open the product page, then send the exact model and your PCB or application evidence so the drawing request can be checked instead of guessed.

SAMPLE APPROVAL CHECKLIST

Close the loop from PDF to physical sample.

A nominal pitch or matching silhouette is not enough. Record each check against the exact drawing and sample used for the decision.

  1. 01

    Exact identity

Match the full model, suffix, pitch variant and drawing revision.

  2. 02

    Drawing conventions

Confirm units, projection method, tolerances and any notes.

  3. 03

    Contact geometry

Check pitch, positions and the first-to-last contact-center span.

  4. 04

    PCB interface

Verify hole sizes, pin layout, edge clearance and mounting direction.

  5. 05

    Installed access

Allow for housing, enclosure, tool, conductor and bend-space access.

  6. 06

    Mating system

For pluggable models, confirm the exact pair, keying, latch and withdrawal path.

  7. 07

    Physical approval

Measure a production-intent sample and record engineering signoff.

TURN THE DRAWING CHECK INTO AN RFQ

Send the interface evidence, not only a model name.

Include the model or existing reference, pitch, positions, PCB footprint, requested drawing, quantity, target market and document requirements. Add photos or board files as email attachments where available.

DRAWING LIBRARY FAQ

Questions to settle before approval.

Is a public technical drawing enough for final product approval?

No. It is a selection reference. Confirm the exact model, suffix, drawing revision, ordered configuration and physical sample before approval or purchase.

What should I do if the model drawing is not public?

Send the exact model, pitch, positions, PCB footprint or photos, quantity, target market and required documents. YIHENTRA will confirm whether the matching drawing can be supplied.

Do terminal blocks with the same nominal pitch share a PCB footprint?

Do not assume so. Pin size, row spacing, housing envelope, mounting direction and first-contact location can differ even when the pitch label matches.

Does a spring terminal block drawing confirm its electrical ratings?

No. Drawing availability does not confirm unpublished electrical ratings. Those values remain pending supplier confirmation for the current spring references.

Why can one model have separate 3.5 mm and 3.81 mm drawings?

A shared product reference can cover distinct pitch variants. Use only the drawing for the exact ordered variant, then verify the PCB and sample.
