What information is needed to match a pluggable terminal block?

Send the reference model or photos, pitch, positions, wire range, current and voltage, PCB mounting direction, and whether a latch or flange is required.

Are 5.0 mm and 5.08 mm terminal blocks interchangeable?

Do not assume they are interchangeable. The pitch difference accumulates across positions, and housing, keying, latch and pin geometry must also match. Confirm the drawing and sample.

Can a plug be selected without checking the PCB header?

The plug and header should be checked as a mating pair. Series name, pitch, position count, orientation and mechanical retention all matter.

Can color, marking or packaging be requested?

These requirements can be reviewed for the selected model and order quantity. Availability is confirmed before quotation rather than promised at family level.
