These official examples support the chart structure and the need to separate conductor type, strip length, screw and torque. Their values are not copied into any YIHENTRA model row.
TECHNICAL FAQ
Strip length and torque questions before release.
Can I reuse the torque from another terminal block with the same pitch?
No. Screw size, clamp geometry, material and the manufacturer data can differ. Use the exact ordered model's current documentation and do not copy a value from a similar appearance or pitch.
What does a range such as 5–6 mm strip length mean?
It is the supplied selection-reference range for that listed model. Confirm the current model data and production instruction before release, then check for full insertion and exposed conductor on a wired sample.
Does a blank torque cell mean zero torque?
No. It means no recommended torque value is present in the current supplied source data for that row. Some parts do not use a conductor-clamping screw, while other values remain unconfirmed.
Do spring terminal blocks need a torque value?
A spring conductor connection does not use screw-tightening torque in the same way, but it still needs model-specific strip length, conductor preparation and actuation instructions. Those values are not yet supplied for the current Spring references.
Can strip length prove that the wire range is accepted?
No. Conductor range, solid or stranded construction, ferrule condition and number of conductors must be checked separately. Strip length is only one preparation parameter.
Is this chart a production work instruction?
No. It is a model-selection reference assembled from current supplied data. A production instruction must be approved against the exact ordered configuration, current documents, tools and sample validation.
