Can I request a terminal block sample without knowing the exact model?

Yes. Select Not sure yet and provide the application, visible markings, measured pitch and positions, mounting direction, conductor requirements and any drawing or photos available. The result remains a candidate until exact evidence is reviewed.

Does YIHENTRA promise a free sample?

No blanket free-sample promise is made. Sample availability, quantity, freight, commercial terms and timing are confirmed for the requested model and destination before anything is dispatched.

Can I use a competitor model as the reference?

Yes, as a starting reference. Send the complete suffix and supporting drawing or photos. A similar reference does not prove pin-for-pin, mating, rating or approval equivalence.

How can I send drawings or product photos?

The stored web form does not accept uploads. Use the attachment-ready email link on this page and include the RFQ reference if you already submitted the form.

What happens after I submit the RFQ form?

The request receives a reference for follow-up. YIHENTRA reviews the supplied scope, identifies missing selection details and confirms the next drawing, quotation or sample step without assuming compatibility or lead time.
